Here's an example of the formula:

100m freestyle world record: 46.86 seconds by David Popovics
100m breaststroke world record: 56.88 seconds by Adam Peaty
100m backstroke world record: 51.60 seconds by Thomas Ceccon
100m butterfly world record: 49.45 seconds by Caeleb Dressel

Let's take freestyle as an example:

Race duration: 30 minutes = 1800 seconds
1800 / 46.86 = 38.41... rounded = 38 freestyle swims in 30 minutes
Each freestyle swim is assigned a value: Freestyle = 105 points
38 freestyle swims = 38 * 105 = 3990 points

Now let's distribute the points to the other swimming disciplines:

Breaststroke:

1800 / 56.88 = 31.64... breaststroke swims in 30 minutes
3990 points / 31.64 = 126.10... rounded = 126 points for breaststroke

Backstroke:

Backstroke start by dive: 2 seconds subtracted from 51.60 = 49.60 seconds
1800 / 49.60 = 36.29...
3990 / 36.29 = 109.94... rounded = 110 points for backstroke

Butterfly:

1800 / 49.45 = 36.40...
3990 / 36.40 = 109.61... rounded = 110 points for butterfly

Essentially, if I have the top 8 freestyle swimmers competing against the top 8 breaststroke swimmers, etc., each swim team has an equal chance of success.

Of course, a battle of mixed teams would be exciting, but a team starting in one swimming style can also participate in the competition.

I count the 50 meter races in the same way.
Endurance part race time: 20 or 30 minutes / 100 meters
Speed part race time: 10 or 15 minutes / 50 meters

It is a matter of decision whether to do the short or the long race version.
